Lovely medals quick delivery will definitely use again

Quick delivery.I ordered a golf trophy with a screw in golf club into the hands of a golfer. Hands broke off when screwing on the club. Had to fix with glue.
The terms and conditions of this company are that they will not replace any damaged items that they send unless it's within two weeks of receiving. Therefore, scrutinise every inch of your awards as soon as you recieve them. Mine looked fine at first but when I was arranging them for the comp I noticed damage on the back of one and they point blank refused to replace it. I won't be buying from them again.
I was very pleased with the trophies and also the inscription (which was in Welsh!) . The packages arrived promptly. The professionalism of the company is to be commended.
